• We can suspend fake accounts
YOU KEEP OWNERSHIP of what you post.
But you give us permission to:
• Show your content in the app
• Promote your videos on our platform
• Use your content to improve the app
• Share public content with other users
❌ DON'T POST content that is:
• Illegal or harmful
• Sexual or nude content
• Violence or dangerous acts
• Someone else's content (copyright)
• Hate speech or bullying
• Spam or fake information
• Personal info of others without permission
• Shows minors in bad situations
We can remove any content we think violates these rules. Repeated violations = account banned.

ShortsCoin coins are VIRTUAL TOKENS. They are NOT real money. They are NOT currency. They are NOT cryptocurrency.
What coins are:
• Virtual points for entertainment
• Earned by watching videos
• Used for app engagement only
EARNING COINS:
• Watch reels to earn
• Daily check-in bonuses
• Optional ad engagement
REDEEMING COINS:
• Must reach minimum amount first
• Requires admin approval
• Takes 3-7 business days to process
• Need valid UPI ID
• We can reject suspicious requests
COINS EXPIRE after 12 months of not using the app.
❌ Use bots or fake accounts
❌ Create multiple accounts
❌ Hack or break the app
❌ Steal other users' data
❌ Pretend to be someone else
❌ Advertise without permission
❌ Sell your account
❌ Cheat or exploit bugs
"ShortsCoin" name and logo belong to us.
Don't copy our app without permission.
You can delete your account anytime in the app.
We can ban accounts that:
• Break these terms
• Post illegal content
• Cheat the coin system
• Harass other users
When banned, all coins are lost.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.
• We don't guarantee perfect service
• We aren't responsible for content accuracy
• We don't endorse user content
• You need internet to use most features
We are not responsible for:
• Indirect damages
• Lost coins (if you violated terms)
• Disputes between users
• Data loss (backup your content!)
You agree to defend us if someone sues because of your actions.
These terms follow India laws.
Disputes go to courts in India.
We can change these terms anytime. Using the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
