You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. ShortsCoin reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.
Earnings are calculated based on verified engagement metrics. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse earnings obtained through fraudulent means. Payouts are processed according to the method selected and may be subject to verification.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant ShortsCoin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content.
Users may not: use bots or automation, manipulate engagement metrics, upload illegal or harmful content, harass other users, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, or use the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Certain provisions (ownership, liability, indemnification) survive termination.
ShortsCoin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have earned through the platform in the preceding 12 months.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
